I am a professional independent consultant providing professional temporary services. My service eliminates difficult matters involving the administration of employees, reporting of tax deductions required by the government, turnover of staff employees, employee benefit programs and general miscellaneous overhead expenses. I am CertiShop Shopper, Merchandiser and Interviewer Certified through ShadowShopper as endorsed by The National Center for Professional Mystery Shoppers & Merchandisers for just over 5 years. I am an active member and affiliate of ShadowShopper and am always looking for a new challenge in mystery shopping, merchandising and interviewer jobs in my area.
I also specialize in providing professional teleservices, teleprogram development including bottom-line improvements to existing programs and fund-raising services to non-profit organizations, trade and professional organizations. I have also performed appointment setting, surveys, mortgages, home improvement, advertising and magazine teleservices. Teleservices experience started in 1966.
I also assist with the research and development of a member safe list for the client to use in their everyday promotional marketing and fund-raising activities. Will either assist using the clients existing safe list program or assist in the development of a program for the client to use that will best fit with their needs now and into the future.
I have an extensive background in sales and marketing consisting of fund- raising, home improvement, mortgages, magazine sales, architectural drafting consultant and shop drawings, architectural estimating, independent distributorship consulting, Sr. account representative, execute product and service pricing plans, research and analyze competition, execute marketing objectives and sales to sell company product and services. This all started in 1974.
I have the ability to research, analyze, make recommendations to the client how they should proceed based on the research performed and execute according to the clients wishes.
I have helped to raise millions of dollars for my clients over the years and believe in building long term relationships with my clients based on trust and understanding.
I have worked in business with the non-profit community since 1966, as a distributor since 1968 and as an independent business consultant since 1974. I placed my first tele-fund-raising call at the ripe old age of 14 by being granted a workers permit though my school counselor. I knew what I wanted to be in business by the time I was 12 years old. I am dedicated to the success of each of my clients and work every day to make it happen.
I have been involved in the teleservices industry since 1966 and was involved in architecture drafting aid field from 1974 thru 1987.
I was previously an owner of a telecommunication product and service consulting firm, an architectural drafting service firm and now own JD Dawson Investigative Reports & Merchandising®,Rent An Old Fart®, WorkAtHomeBusinessSecrets®, JamesDeoDawsonSrWorld®, and several other miscellaneous business entities.
I have also worked on contract and as an employee for numerous architectural firms as a Project Captain assisting with the design of numerous commercial building projects, with a staff of 13 -15 people placed under me for the completion of the projects. Responsible for the developing the construction documents and specifications for all of the construction trades.
I have also worked on contract and as an employee as an Estimator for numerous glass and glazing companies, which led to performing the shop drawings required for the glass and glazing of numerous commercial buildings.
And ended up serving as the Head of Architecture and Shop Drawing Development for The Dawson Co. which led to Vice President, then President of the firm until it's closing in 1981.
I have worked as an independent contractor, contract employee, and employee. Which ever best fit the client’s needs and mode of operation.
